I’m Eric S. Riley, and I am a Librarian.  Currently I manage the Watha T. Daniel/Shaw Neighborhood Library, a part of the DC Public Library system. I received my MLIS from the University of Washington in 2002, and have worked in academic, federal and public libraries across the United States.  This blog is my primary vehicle for commenting on the state of librarianship today and on relevant news related to libraries, technology, innovation and change.

If you’re interested following me on social media sites other than this you can find all my links at About Me.
